Refund and Returns Policy

At Urban Pahadi, we want you to enjoy every piece you buy from us.
If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right.

Defective or Damaged Products

• We offer a 7-day exchange if you receive a defective or damaged product.

• An unboxing video clearly showing the item at the time of opening is required for approval.

• Once verified, we’ll replace the product with the same style (subject to availability).

• If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit of equal value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Wrong Size Delivered

• If you receive a size different from what you ordered, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Care & Wash Instructions

• Please follow the wash and care instructions provided with your product.

• Damage caused by ignoring these guidelines may not qualify for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

• Include your order number, reason for exchange, and the unboxing video (if applicable).

• Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return shipping details.

Return shipping may be chargeable if the issue isn’t caused by us..

Refunds

At present, we don’t provide cash refunds. Approved cases will be handled through exchange.
